I can take good care of myself, even if I am mad.

I can be productive and follow directions even if I don't want to.

I can be okay, even when others around me are not okay.

Welcome to 5th Grade

Welcome to the 5th Grade!  My name is Wendy Penyweit.  I am super excited to have you in my class this year and look forward to watching you grow as leaders.  This will be my 5th year teaching at Kellybrook Elementary and my 11th year working for Liberty Public Schools.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Graceland University in 2012, while working as a substitute teacher in Liberty.

My husband Curtis and I reside close to Kellybrook, along with our son Jordan who will be attending his first year in college.  We love long road trips throughout our wonderful country, enjoy watching football games in the fall and spending time with family.

I look forward to working with you each and every day and making wonderful memories in your last year as a Kellybrook Cougar.
